We stand by our products with confidence — that’s why we offer The 1833 SKIN Promise.
If you’ve tried your product for at least 30 days and aren’t satisfied, you can request a refund on your first purchase between days 30 and 33. No need to send the product back. We only ask for honest feedback so we can keep making our skincare better.
Here’s how it works:
- Refunds apply to your first order only
- You must have used the product consistently for 30 days
- Requests must be made between day 30 and day 33 after delivery
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your first order includes multiple products or a bundle:
We get it — sometimes you want to try more than one product right away. If your first order includes multiple items or a discounted bundle, we will still honour the 1833 SKIN Promise — but we can only refund one item.
That item will be the most valuable product in your order.
To process a refund request, email us at orders@1833skin.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief explanation of why it didn’t meet your expectations. We'll guide you through the process from there. This helps us understand your experience and continue improving our products.
Keep in mind that this guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Additionally, we can’t offer refunds on delivery fees.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date your request is approved. It may take up to 5 additional days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Any refunds requested for dishonest reasons (claiming you haven't received your order when photographic evidence is provided or it's been signed for) will not be tolerated. We're more than happy to work with you to investigate and find a solution, but please don't try that.
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to an additional 5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
The 1833 SKIN Promise is only available for your first purchase with 1833 SKIN. Subsequent purchases are not eligible for the guarantee. However, if you purchase a product and decide not to open it, we can make arrangements for a return. Please contact us at orders@1833skin.com to discuss the next steps.
No, we do not refund shipping fees. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
